Full Tour Itinerary
Our adventure begins on Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile, heading west to the iconic Kelpies, the world's largest equine statues. Here, you'll have the chance to get up close and marvel at these magnificent sculptures.
Next, we travel to Balloch, nestled on the southern shore of Loch Lomond’s Bonnie Banks. You can explore this charming town or opt for an hour-long boat cruise on the loch, featuring expert commentary by renowned Scottish historian and archaeologist Neil Oliver.
Leaving Loch Lomond, we journey to the quaint village of Aberfoyle, then traverse the scenic Highland road known as Dukes Pass, once the territory of legendary folk hero Rob Roy MacGregor.
Our route takes us through the charming town of Callander to the historic Stirling Castle. You can choose to explore the castle’s interior or enjoy a leisurely stroll around the city center. Discover its pivotal role in history, from the Wars of Independence with figures like William Wallace and Robert the Bruce, to Mary Queen of Scots, crowned here in 1543 at just nine months old.
On our return to Edinburgh, we stop at South Queensferry for a glimpse of the three bridges spanning the River Forth, including the iconic Forth Rail Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015.
