At the time of booking, your credit/debit card will be charged 20% of the total tour fare. The balance will be charged, automatically, to the same payment method 15 weeks before your travel date.

The following cancellation charges will apply if you choose to cancel your tour booking:

Up to 98 days before departure: tour deposit (£175 per person)
97-84 days before departure: deposit plus 15% of the balance
83-64 days before departure: deposit plus 35% of the balance
63-46 days before departure: deposit plus 55% of the balance
45-31 days before departure: deposit plus 75% of the balance
From 30 days to departure date: 100% of the total tour cost
